Refund policy

Touch of Vape – Returns and Warranty Policy

This Returns and Warranty Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Touch of Vape, whether in-store or online. By purchasing from Touch of Vape, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. General Returns Policy

1.1 In accordance with your statutory rights, you may return goods that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise in breach of your consumer rights.

1.2 In addition to your legal rights, Touch of Vape offers a goodwill policy which allows customers to return unused and unopened products for any reason within 14 calendar days of purchase. Such goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, along with a valid proof of purchase (receipt). Upon inspection and approval, you will be offered a refund, exchange, or store credit.

1.3 Between 15 and 30 days from the date of purchase, items that are proven to be faulty through no fault of the customer may be returned for exchange only. A valid proof of purchase and the product’s complete original packaging, including the outer box or sleeve, must be provided for any exchange to be considered.

2. Warranty Coverage

2.1 Touch of Vape offers a standard three (3) month warranty on eligible devices, commencing from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, liquid ingress, or general wear and tear is not covered.

2.2 Certain manufacturers may provide an extended warranty period of up to six (6) months. Customers are advised to register their device with the manufacturer, where applicable, using the warranty card enclosed with the product to activate extended warranty coverage.

2.3 Mandatory Return Condition: For any warranty claim to be processed, the device must be returned in full, including all original packaging and outer sleeve/box. Touch of Vape reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim submitted without this packaging.

3. Limited Warranty on Pre-Filled Pod Systems

3.1 All pre-filled pod systems are supplied with a limited warranty of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase.

3.2 This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes issues resulting from improper use, accidental damage, tampering, or general degradation through use.

3.3 After the expiration of this 30-day period, Touch of Vape shall not be held liable for any failure or malfunction of pre-filled pod devices, and no further warranty claims shall be entertained.

4. Non-Returnable Goods

4.1 For health and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, unless proven to be faulty upon receipt:

  • E-liquids or vape juice (sealed or unsealed)

  • Coils or pods (sealed or unsealed)

  • Rebuildable atomisers or components

4.2 Custom orders, special-order items, and personalised goods are also non-returnable, unless faulty.

4.3 Sale items and gift cards are excluded from return or refund.

5. Return Procedure

5.1 Customers must initiate a return request by contacting Touch of Vape at:

5.2 Upon review and acceptance of the return request, customers will receive a return shipping label and instructions for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5.3 The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned goods are securely packaged and include all original components and documentation.

6. Refunds

6.1 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Touch of Vape will notify the customer of the outcome of the refund request.

6.2 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow sufficient time for your payment provider to process and post the refund.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Goods

7.1 Customers must inspect all deliveries upon receipt. If an item is received in a damaged condition, is defective, or is not as ordered, Touch of Vape must be notified immediately via email at internetsales@touchofvape.com.

7.2 Touch of Vape will investigate the issue and, if appropriate, arrange for replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with this Policy and relevant consumer law.
