We're Sorry your items have been lost in transit, here are the steps that can be taken to resolve the issue.
National Deliveries (UK Mainland)
For National deliveries we use Evri as our courier. For any lost items or parcels the customer must get in contact with Evri directly which can be done here. The customer may need their order number and also the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email.
We ask you to keep us updated during this process via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can offer any support during the procedure. If no resolution is reached within 21 days Touch of Vape can then submit a claim on your behalf with Evri directly, however, this is not possible prior to 21 days.
For all international deliveries we use Royal Mail as our courier. For any lost items or to make a claim, please fill in the form here.
