As we prepare for future expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our flagship store. This part-time position offers the potential for growth into a full-time role for the right candidate.
We are looking for an experienced Retail Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, we are offering a range of flexible options around working days with options consisting of Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and potentially Saturdays. This position is primely part-time with the option of becoming a full-time roll, dependant on the candidate’s personal goals and expectations, we will accommodate around you. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our valued customers and ensuring that their experience with us is nothing short of excellent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Develop strong relationships with our customers, many of whom are regulars, by getting to know them on a first-name basis.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, including cleaning, restocking and merchandising as needed.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently and accurately, using our point-of-sale system.
- Stay informed about our product offerings, with a particular emphasis on vaping products, and communicate this knowledge effectively to customers.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience is highly advantageous but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Comfortable working in a busy, social, and customer-facing role.
- Knowledge or interest in vaping products is highly beneficial and will contribute to job success.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
