The Xtar X4 charger can fully charge two 18650 2500mAh batteries at 2 amp in only one and a half hours, or four batteries in 3 hours at 1 amp. The dual charging input ports allow the charger to use either mains power or portable USB power sources for greater flexibility. The X4 also has a handy 5V USB output port that enables the charger to double as a power bank by simply inserting four fully charged batteries.
